My eSIM is not connecting

Check that you are at your destination, the eSIM is turned on, it is selected for mobile data, and data roaming is on for it.

Then turn airplane mode on and off, or restart your phone. You can also try selecting a network by hand in your mobile settings.

Do not delete the eSIM, because it may not be possible to install it again.
